Join us at Costa Dulce “wellness playground” located about 30 minutes south of San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. The plan is no plan. The intention is to simply be. We’ll share am & pm yoga, three farm-to-table meals per day, and a group cacao ceremony.

“Nourishing, inspiring, and magical. From the wholesome, delicious food to the unbelievably beautiful views to the deep sense of community, this trip fed me mind, body, and spirit. The twice daily clifftop yoga overlooking the ocean was really only the icing on the cake - we also learned to surf and salsa dance, experienced the local community, communed in a traditional sweat lodge, had a cacao ceremony, and hiked in the jungle. I experience simultaneously a deep sense of peace and a huge amount of growth. Truly a life changing experience.”
